•In Q1 2023, New Zealand’s imports of Vietnamese apparel amounted to $17.824 million, slightly higher than previous quarters.

+October to December: $17.577 million
•Despite fluctuations in 2022, there was overall growth in imports compared to 2021.

In 2019: $44.164 million
In 2020: $39.026 million
In 2021: $53.259 million
•In January-April 2023, Vietnam was New Zealand’s 3rd largest apparel supplier, accounting for 5.43 per cent of the total $436.756 million in imports.
