The exhibition’s central theme has been recycling, in the drive toward a more sustainable global textile industry. Some companies have launched initiatives such as “new fiber that can be made from 100% textile waste or which can turn pre- and post-consumer cotton garment waste into 100% recycled yarns without chemical processes”.
