TCM Yarn / TCD Yarn (Tetron cotton)

TC is a yarn composed of 65% PE and 35% combed cotton (TCM); 65% PE, 35% carded cotton (TCD). This yarn is comfortable in contact with human skin, can be ironed (ironed) flat, washes easily and dries quickly, suitable for weaving.

TCM FIBER TECHNOLOGY – POLY COTTON COMBED

Combed TC yarn (Tetron cotton combed) is a fabric made from polyester and cotton yarns (percentage of each yarn may vary for each product). Combed TC yarn is combed through a thin layer of fabric to create a softer, smoother surface and has a higher level of fluffiness than carded TC yarn. The TC yarn combing process is carried out using advanced technologies, allowing the cotton and polyester slivers to be combed evenly and beautifully, creating a soft fabric surface and especially without causing irritation to the skin.

Combed TC yarn is commonly used to make sportswear, outdoor clothing, bedding and products used in the textile and fashion industries. It has high strength, good adhesion and good absorbency, and also brings a comfortable and pleasant feeling to the user.

Poly Cotton Combed yarn has many advantages such as high durability, easy care, less wrinkle, uniform color and softness. They are widely used in the manufacture of clothing, bedding and many other products.

Carded TC yarn is a yarn made from polyester (T) and cotton (C) yarns, which are combed through a thin layer of fabric to create a rough surface. Therefore, it is also called polyester/carded cotton yarn (Polyester/Cotton Terry Cloth – TC Terry Cloth). This fabric is commonly used to make towels, washcloths, bathrobes, blankets and products used in the textile and fashion industries. It has high strength, good adhesion and good absorbency, so it is widely used in many different industries.
