LMW’s Gentle Blowroom is versatile to process various materials such as Cotton, Manmade Fibres, Blends, Regenerated fibres, Special fibres etc. and with the state-of-the-art Auto blend LA10 machinery, different materials can be blended up to a ratio of 99:1 at a blending accuracy level of +/- 1%.
Auto blend LA10 is designed with a maximum of 4 feeders @ 500 kg/hr per feeder and Two-line output is possible with two different blends %. Load cells are used for direct measurement of Min. 100 gms to Max. 3000 gms per drop.
Quality of the delivered material is ensured by means of an online weight variation monitor, which continuously monitors the weight & stops the machine if there is a weight variation.
The weighed material is dropped on to the conveyor located below and the material is moved to the next feeder. The principle of sandwich blending through conveyor is adopted. The blending chamber is equipped with one stripper roller and a pair of Feed Roller with pin type opening roller for effective mixing of the materials.
This innovative automation solution is accurate in blending of different materials and ensures highest quality of the material delivered and helps in reduction of manpower and cost.
