Vietnam’s Textile and Garment Industry: Potential Growth – memoir after the ICA Singapore 2023 Conference

2023 is a challenging year for the textile industry in general and the cotton spinning industry in particular when compared to recent years, due to negative influences from geopolitics and weather. However, the ICA Singapore 2023 conference is still bustling with more than 700 attendees from countries such as China, Netherlands, France, Brazil, India, and Australia…. representing suppliers and users of cotton.

Most country representatives are quite optimistic about the near future of this leading key industry, which will soon return to orbit.

Along with that spirit, experts also estimate that the recovery time of the textile industry is the end of the second quarter of 2024 with the agreement of most main markets.

Representing Vietnam to share views and some domestic market information along with China and Bangladesh, Cotco is also not out of the list of arms supporting the warming of the garment market in the near future.
